About
Dr. Kunyiha is a Consultant Physician, Endocrinologist. FRCPE
She graduated from the University of Nairobi and holds post graduate training in Diabetes and Endocrinology from Cardiff and South wales, UK.
She has been the program director of the Master of Medicine between 2007 and 2011 and is currently Assistant Professor and Full Time Faculty member at the Aga Khan University Hospital in Nairobi where she is the current head of the Diabetes/Endocrine service.
Member of several Diabetes advisory boards in Kenya and serves as the current chair of the Kenya Diabetes Study Group. (KDSG) Dr. Kunyiha is passionate about education in diabetes and the mentoring of doctors in training.
Her hobbies are poetry and gardening.
