About

Dr Shukrat O. Salisu-Olatunji, a public health physician by training has been living with Type 1 diabetes for 18 years. She is a fellow of the West African College of Physicians and holds master’s degrees in Public Health (University of Lagos, Nigeria), and Clinical Research (University of Sheffield, UK), and a Postgraduate diploma in International Healthcare management from the University of Essex (online).
She is currently undertaking her PhD in Population Health Sciences at the University of Leicester Diabetes Research Centre pursuing her interests in research and academia.
