Dr Moji Akinsola

About

Dr Moji Akinsola is a consultant physician, specialising in diabetes and endocrinology since 2002 and was the clinical lead for diabetes in pregnancy at Wexham Park Hospital, Berkshire between 2004 and 2016. Moji is currently working as a consultant at both Luton and Dunstable Hospital and Central London Community Health Trust. Moji’s interest in diabetes and pregnancy began when she was a specialist trainee registrar in Leicester and became heavily involved in the antenatal clinic there and looking after women with gestational diabetes. She has maintained her interest in diabetes care during pregnancy as well as preparing women for pregnancy which is incredibly important to ensure best outcomes for mother and baby.
