Dr Henry Oluwasefunmi Savage is a Cardiologist who specialises in heart failure and implantation of cardiac devices. His training in Heart failure was at the Royal Brompton Hospital, London and subsequently at Papworth Hospital, Cambridge. He trained in implantation of cardiac devices at the Essex Cardiothoracic centre. He completed his research MD at Imperial college London, and during that time was awarded the Young Investigator for Clinical Research at the European Society of Cardiology, Heart Failure Association. He continues to research in this field and has contributed to the development of a contemporary heart Failure service in Essex.
