About

Anbhu is an Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Assistant Project Manager at Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust. He’s passionate about making research more inclusive and ensuring that underserved communities have a voice in clinical studies. 

Anbhu runs engaging workshops for research teams on understanding underserved populations and building inclusive research practices. He helped create the Research Participant Demographics Dashboard, giving researchers valuable insights to design studies that better reflect diverse communities. He also developed an Inclusive Research Design Tool, now embedded in the Trust’s sponsorship process, to make equity a core part of research planning. 

Currently, Anbhu is working on projects that strengthen Patient and Public Involvement and Engagement (PPIE) and build meaningful partnerships with local communities—because research works best when everyone is included.
