Olufemi Fasanmade is a Professor in the College of Medicine, University of Lagos, Nigeria. He is also the Unit Head of Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism division at the Lagos University Teaching Hospital (LUTH) and recently completed a 4-year tenure as the Chairman of the Medical Advisory Committee of LUTH. He is the President of the Endocrine and Metabolism Society of Nigeria and the immediate past Chairman of the Nigeria Chapter of the American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists.
