Ellouise is a passionate and dedicated registered dietitian, with many years of experience working in the NHS and private sector. She takes a holistic and realistic approach to help clients manage a wide range of health concerns such as weight management, family nutrition, high blood pressure and cholesterol. Her main speciality is diabetes care. Ellouise guides clients by adapting their cultural foods through meal planning and alternative cooking options. 

Ellouise supports individuals to understand their relationship with food, explores the causes of unhealthy eating habits and how to optimise nutritional intake to treat disease. Using her extensive nutrition counselling skills she helps clients achieve better blood glucose control and improve their overall quality of life.
