Non-profit organisations, associations and patient organisations can learn from each other and identify ways to increase their impact within their own geographical areas of interest. Non-profit excellence includes good practices related to all aspects of non-profit management: communications, fundraising, volunteers etc.
The objective of this faculty is to become a platform of exchange among non-profit organisations: patient organisations, professional associations and other non-profit organisations that are tasked with improving diabetes care and awareness while having limited resources at their disposal. Areas of focus are: strategic planning, fundraising, branding and communications, marketing, financial literacy, technological skills and governance.
