In this episode
As we wrap up the fourth season of Diabetes Health Matters, Dr Joan St John will be joined by Dr Bernadette Adeyileka-Tracz, Executive Director of Diabetes Africa, to revisit the key takeaways from the past nine episodes.
Lifestyle medicine was a common theme throughout this season. The importance of exercise, nutrition, mental well-being, and empowerment to take charge of your health all came into the spotlight. As we discuss these topics in more detail, please prepare any questions you may have about the previous nine episodes so that we can make the most of our final Q&A session of the series.
Whether you’ve followed along throughout the season or are tuning in for the first time, this episode is a chance to catch up, reflect, and take something meaningful away from Diabetes Health Matters.
